World War Two in Anime

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

While World War Two had a profound impact on every nation involved in it, the 1930s and 40s were a major turning point for Japan when literally their entire way of life and to an extent the nation as a whole changed forever.  Ever wonder how Japan feels today about the war, the other nations involved, and the part they all played?  From celebration, denial, shifting blame, to questioning and reflection the Japanese have literally made an art out of how they not only view World War Two but also their role in it.
