This panel is on the technical details involved in moving to and living in Japan. This includes what education is needed, what jobs are available, how to apply for positions, visa types, necessary documents, how to get a personal stamp, set up a bank account, get an apartment, learn to drive/transfer your drivers license, and to a great extent how "anime/manga" references to "Japanese culture" actually apply to real life; ie what you can use, and what will make you seem silly. In part the point of the panel will be to show that moving to Japan is a possibility, but it takes hard work, and it will not be the fantasy land many Western fans (especially the younger ones) believe it to be.
